Dynamic QR codes
A digitally signed code that keeps refreshing with a short validity; the professor projects it and students scan it in the app.
NFC check-in
Professors can run attendance from their phone: students tap their phone on the professor's phone to check in.
GPS verification
Check-ins are accepted only within the lecture location radius, and attempts to fake the location are logged.
Device binding
One device per student, with device-change requests from inside the app when a student gets a new phone.
Professor dashboard
Courses and lectures, a live attendance screen, manual marking when needed, and student import from Excel.
Admin dashboard
Colleges, departments, academic years and attendance policies, with security and audit logs.
Warnings and reports
Absence rates with automatic student warnings, and daily, weekly and monthly reports in PDF, Excel and CSV.
Arabic and English
The system and the app fully support Arabic and English.
