Institutional Accreditation & Quality Assurance System
A platform for managing institutional accreditation in higher education according to Iraq's national standards. Each college, centre and department completes the indicators assigned to it and attaches evidence; the quality assurance unit reviews and approves the scores, and senior management sees each standard's achievement rate in real time.

National standards built in
The national institutional accreditation standards, with their elements, indicators and weights, are ready in the system, organised into assessment cycles.
Assignment
The quality assurance unit assigns each indicator to the responsible college, centre or department.
Responses and evidence
Each unit sets its compliance level (none, partial or full), describes the current situation and uploads supporting documents.
Review and approval
The quality assurance unit reviews every response and approves its score or returns it with comments.
Reports and dashboards
Scores are calculated for every element and standard and overall out of 1000, with a printable report and live achievement rates for management.
Role-based access
Accounts for the system administrator, the quality officer and senior management (read-only), plus a separate account for each unit.
